Paul Levinsohn is the Chief Executive Officer of Factor Nutrition Labs.  The Company markets vitamin supplement products via the retail, online, and direct response channels.  Factor Nutrition is the country’s top manufacturer and marketer of cognitive support supplements.  Its products are carried at Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, Vitamin Shoppe, and many other fine retailers.

Paul Levinsohn is currently the Managing Partner of the New York City Regional Center. The NYCRC recently received approval from the Department of Homeland Security to begin raising and investing foreign capital for real estate developments in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx in order to create jobs in low employment areas.

During his career in real estate, Paul owned, developed and acted as counsel for a numerous real estate transactions throughout the New York metropolitan area. Paul also has extensive experience in real estate acquisition.  Over the past 5 years, Paul has bought and sold over 200 commercial properties.

Paul’s real estate experience also extends into private equity transactions. In 2004, Paul and a team of investors privatized one of the largest convenience store/gas station chains in the northeast. In addition, Paul and his team acquired the assets to a New England-based nutritional supplement company that distributes products throughout the country to retail outlets like Wal-Mart, The Vitamin Shoppe, CVS, and Walgreens.

Prior to his career in real estate, Paul was involved in public service. He was appointed in 2002 as Chief Counsel to the Governor of New Jersey where he was responsible for overseeing a staff of twenty-one attorneys and managing legal operations for the Governor’s Office. Also, from 1995 to 1997, Paul served as clerk for Judge Anne E. Thompson, US District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Levinsohn’s public service also includes time as a teacher.  He served as charter corps member for Teach for America, a national teacher corps program designed to supply teachers to rural and inner city areas. Mr. Levinsohn taught high school American History in Warren County, North Carolina.

Paul Levinsohn earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University along with his J.D. and M.A. (political science.) During his time at Duke, Paul served a three-year term on the University Board of Trustees.
